Stepping distances

When a train arrives in a station, stepping distances to the platform have to be considered. The maximum distances allowed to the platform are indicated in Fig. XXX on page XXX. This is an extract from the TDM.

These stepping distances have to be considered at all times, obviously when designing track work in a station. I spent some time looking at stepping distance analysis for various stations in the zone.
